**Job Summary: Act as primary point of contact for online and mail order customers for both Sellection & Raffida.**
- Reply and engage with comments on social media.
- Serve potential buyers by answering questions and providing information.
- Contact potential buyers to make a sale.
- Record sales and update payments made by customers.
- Operate a computer system to record online sales.
- Ensure no queries and messages from customers are not answered within the SLA.
- Identify non-routine customer enquiries and escalate as appropriate.
- Assist with shop opening/closing procedures and till cover when required.
- Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
- Promoting our online portal and our products

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of working experience in the customer service
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Education & Experience : SPM or Diploma
- Disciplined and Courteous
- Asset : Customer service experience in online retail such as replying to WhatsApp and other social media platforms
- Friendly and easy going personality
- Skills and ability to understand and learn computer system
- Required Skill(s): Fluency in social media outlets, Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, Whatsapp Microsoft Excel, Data Management, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Customer service

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
