**要求：**
- 候選人必須至少擁有藝術/設計/創意多媒體文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑/學位或同等學歷。
- 強大的設計作品集可展現您的創造力和對企業設計的熟悉程度。
- 擁有在快節奏的工作環境中領導數位設計團隊的豐富經驗。
- 與客戶互動時需要很強的談判和說服技巧。
- 注重細節和分析能力，能夠閱讀並獲取受眾和市場研究數據的意見。
- 能夠應對由結果驅動且遵守最後期限的充滿挑戰的工作環境所帶來的壓力。
- 能夠根據需要在團隊中和獨立工作。
- 對各種設計流程有豐富的了解，並擁有管理這些流程的經驗。
- 熟練各種設計軟體的使用。
- 熟悉已成為業界標準的最新技術。
