Distribution Network Analyst

**Job Summary**:
The Distribution Network Analyst will develop and execute inventory distribution plans and strategies to deliver against business objectives and growth plans to DC assigned. They will ensure successful delivery of products to the customers while aligning with internal departments on improvement opportunities. They will monitor and resolve deployment and customer-based exceptions, resolve inventory discrepancies and track key metrics for improved performance
The Distribution Network Analyst’s responsibilities will be to manage product flow, will plan the movement of FG inventory from production facilities and make adjustments to the plan while maintaining high customer service levels by meet DC Stocking Target (Days On Hand “DOH” inventory level)..
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that Distribution Center assigned maintain appropriate stock levels for sales
- Distribution planning execution
- Maintain positive working relationship with DC managers, Sales, Customer Service & warehouse logistics
- The Analysts will be responsible for resolving any exceptions to the plan to ensure optimal inventory distribution.
- Collaborate with Distribution Center Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the distribution network
- Analyze reports which measure distribution lead time and lead time variability, collaborate with transportation teams to ensure key master data is accurate in planning systems
- Analyze and share daily, weekly & monthly performance reports. Distribution List for each report must be defined in coordination with Distribution Analyst Superintendent.
- Coordinate a weekly conference call as minimum with DC manager, Logistics Coordinator and WHS Shipping superintendent (or rep assigned)
- Collaborate with logistics team to define the shipment frequency
**Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3 or more years of related experience as a distribution analyst
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data Well-developed organizational, priority management and planning skills
- Highly analytical, high ethical standards, organized individual with ability to process details efficiently and accurately and exhibits excellent follow up
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong analytical and good decision-making skills;
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills when utilizing Microsoft Office Professional products
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
