_**BARISTA FEMALE NEEDED**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.
- Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Responsible for stock arrangement.
- Greet and connect with every customer.
- Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Ensure high quality of service.

**Requirements**:

- Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay (optional: Mandarin).
- **Cashier**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Handles cash and credit transactions.
- Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals.
- Responsible for checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low.
- Reports to store manager.
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining clean and tidy checkout and merchandise areas.
- Assisting in stocking and rotating merchandise.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to calculate sales and change quickly.
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records.
- Service-oriented and willing to help patrons.
- Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
