**Job Summary**:
As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service. This role entails preparing espresso-based drinks, managing the coffee station's cleanliness and organization, and engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for coffee are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting espresso-based drinks, drip coffees, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and handling transactions.
- Providing detailed descriptions of menu items and recommending products to customers.
- Ensuring that all beverages are prepared according to our standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a café or similar setting is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
