Participate in development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, MESTI, and Halal. - To liaise with supervisor, production and also management in operation, quality programme and administration. - To ensure daily QA procedures, ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials/ goods are inspected prior to delivery/ shipment. - To monitor product quality / food safety by quality control inspection during the production run/ receiving of material - To ensure that the working area, machinery and/or equipment's are kept cleaned at all times and followed the working instruction and ensure that all machinery are maintained according to schedule and kept in good condition - Responsible for quality inspection and monitoring of the production line to ensure the specifications are met. - Manage internal and external audit related to Food Safety Management System program. Ensure all validation and verification activities are implemented effectively - Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected - Handle investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance for root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions. - Provide information for packaging labelling, artwork and involve in final artwork approval. - To provide quality support to Marketing or Customer Service such as prepare COA, product specification, lab reports and other documents based on requirement. - Conduct training related to Food Safety for Production team. - Prepare and issue purchase order, delivery order, invoice and export documents. - To arrange with delivery/ shipment with service provider. - To assist in evaluation of approved vendor. - To maintain the receiving records and ensure all raw material and packaging material are deliver on time. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior. - Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality Control/ Assurance, Foods Technology, Engineering (Chemistry/Biology/Food Technology) or equivalent qualification with relevant manufacturing working experience. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food Quality and Manufacturing environment. - Knowledge in Food Safety Standard: FSSC22000, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal will be an added advantage. - Able to communicate well with superiors and subordinates - Having strong analytical knowledge and able to solve problems. - Self motivated, able to work with mínimal supervision and can be a good team player. - Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
