**Responsibilities**:

- In-charge of QA Pre-shipment inspection for glove inspection or packaging materials inspection activities.
- To manage and supervise a group of QA Inspectors.
- To ensure all glove and packaging material are inspected and tested efficiently according to documented procedures and or work instruction.
- Allocate adequate workers for every task to ensure smooth product flow and to maintain work places order.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective job execution.
- Conduct on-line-job training for subordinates to ensure their competency.
- Ensure that nonconforming products are properly identified and segregated.
- Ensure that inspection reports are being filled correctly and accurately.
- Act as Communication Bridge between the Management and workers.
- To observe and follow the company policy.
- To ensure the workers follow the company safety rules and regulations in daily operation.
- Other assigned duties as required by his/her superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM level or equivalent qualification with relevant manufacturing working experience.
- At least 2-year working experience at Quality department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
