- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
- Promoting and recommending menu option to customers
- Answering customer’s question about menu choices
- Taking payment from customers
- Preparing and serving beverages such as Coffee, tea and other specialty drinks
- Working at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality
- Keeping the work environment and café seating area clean, sanitary and organized
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints

Job Requirements:

- Any relevant experience preferable
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
