We’re assembling a team of hardworking, service-oriented individuals who are as passionate about the F&B and service industry as we are. We are looking for a Barista to provide daily operational support in our café. We need someone who is self-driven, passionate and organised. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve coffee, food and other beverages to customers using prescribed recipes
- Provide good customer service and build a good rapport with customers
- Assist the Cafe Lead in planning new menus and learning preparation techniques for all food and drinks
- Keep the café area tidy and clean at all times
- Adhere to health and safety standards and codes
- Ensure all equipment stays well maintained
- Sell and share knowledge with customers in an enlightening manner on various ranges of coffee, drinks and food offerings
- Regulate inventory levels of coffee beans, fruits, pastries, etc. in the café
- Assist the Cafe Lead in innovating and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the café

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea
- Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays
- Able to accommodate shift work
- Able to communicate in English
- Customer oriented and service focused
- Have a passion for music

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
