**JOB VACANCY**

**INSPECTOR OF WORK**

**Responsibilities**:

- To monitor the activities, schedule daily, review the availability material related finishing as per contract.
- To provide look ahead planning for finishing activities.
- To monitor the architectural finishing, should have knowledge of all materials to be used and sequence of work.
- To ensure work done according to drawings and to detect discrepancies in time to avoid abortive works. Re-evaluate any proceeding works should the contractor failed to comply specifications/ construction drawings/ shop drawings/ method of statement during site inspection.
- To be responsible to monitor works progress and report site issues & delays to superior.
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office/ Excel, AutoCad.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must posses at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in site supervision.
- Registered under Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM)

**Contract Duration**:

- 2 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
