Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and uploading documents to ensure organized records.
- Prepare and manage purchase agreements and other relevant documentation for the acquisition of motorcycles.
- Coordinate with Motorcycle Inspectors to streamline the process flow and ensure that all administrative aspects support their work effectively.
- Update and maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, payments, and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in compiling reports and data for detailed preliminary checks on incoming motorcycles done by Motorcycle Inspector to verify their quality and condition, upholding the company's standards.
- Maintain and update the purchase inventory sheets with current and accurate information.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of loan settlements and other financial transactions related to the purchasing process.
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a purchasing or automotive context.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with various departments.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
