Consumable & General Purchases Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and check the Purchase Requisition from the respective person.
- Get at least 3 price comparisons for purchase purposes.
- Follow up on purchased items and update relevant parties, ensure suppliers provides complete documents for payment and monitor payment schedules.
- Monitor the stock in the store, ensure it is sufficient, delivered and received in good condition.
- Compile all documents such Invoices, Delivery Orders, PO, Purchase Requisition, Receipt Entry and others to be sent to the Finance Department.
- Open store for production every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Rotation).
- Provide safety equipment such as safety helmet and safety shoes to new employees, monitor e-stationery form, keep stock stationery and distribute to respective person.
- Monitor General Admin projects.
- Any task given from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good Working attitude and willingness to learn and time management skills
- Willing to work OT if required
**Salary**: RM1,562.57 - RM3,155.65 per month
