**JOB ROLE**

Responsible to create, assist and perform follow ups on orders and key in all information into the inventory system.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- CREATE & prepare PURCHASE ORDER from PR
- Ensure all orders are created and uploaded into the system for purchase.
- Ensure suppliers pricing & quantity are correctly entered & timely delivery

**JOB DUTIES**

1.Responsible to check PR status in the system daily base on order & delivery schedule from all outlets before 3.00 pm daily/store request if any

2.Key in one by one such as inventory, input order/Sales Order/Delivery Order from SAP. DATA ENTRY from all outlets & purchasing will churn out the PR.

3.Follow up by faxed & confirmation to suppliers whether P O received.

4.To attend check & verify on visual inspections on products freshness upon goods arrival at receiving store.

5.Update P O & verify amount against invoices for any discrepancies

6.Filing & documentation, distribution to costing & accounts dept.

7.Ensure the entire PO; D/O & Invoice are completed before pass to costing department every third of the day.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder
- Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated to work towards set of goals
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
