Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative purchasing (stationery, office maintenance, non trade purchases, etc), not limited to sourcing, quotes comparison, procuring;
- Centralised purchase of all stations;
- Monitor and analyze usage& purchasing pattern i.e stationery, toilet roll, pantry item, etc.;
- Manage incoming calls & update database;
- Assist in HR related matters when necessary;
- Organize Company’s event such as birthday lunch, annual dinner, company trip and others;
- Manage and file all non trade related contracts & agreements i.e. rental agreement, service contract, company’s insurance etc
- Any ad hoc task assigned by Superior

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
- Minimum STPM/diploma in business administration;
- At least one (1) years working experience in the similar capacity;
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- IT/Network knowledge will be added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
