**Responsibilities**:

- To provide general retail and office administrative support and handling admin daily matters.
- Responsible for the office administration activities including quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice and other documentation.
- Ensure all documents & records are complete & up to date and maintain an effective filing system
- Keep track of and review timesheet submissions
- Coordinate and facilitate events and functions including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor diesel/ petrol, TNG, and other usages for all company trucks
- Responsible for all admin related bills
- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skill(s) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently, matured, pleasant, reliable and result oriented with positive work attitude.
- Process own transport

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
