Administrative of office files
- Answering general queries by telephone and attend buyer from time to time
- Handling Daily collection
- Documentation & proper filing (such as preparing Sale and Purchase agreement)
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
- Assisting Executive/Manager as necessary
- Undertaking any other task/duties as may be required from time to time
- Honest & Quick learner
- At least 1-2 year of working experience in accounting is advantage
- Full time position available
