Job responsibilities:

- Develop 3D storyboards that outline the narrative structure and visual flow of projects.
- Create moodboards that define the visual style, color schemes, lighting, and atmosphere of 3D environments and characters.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in 3D design, animation, and visual effects to continually enhance the quality of storyboards and moodboards.
- In-game character motion production
- 3D CG video production
- Editing and assembling raw video footage to create engaging and compelling video content
- Review the script to better understand the video production requirements
- Editing raw footage content and cutting video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively
- Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommend changes as required
- Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow
- Collaborating with creative teams and clients to understand video project requirements
- Staying updated with industry trends and editing techniques
- Optimizing video content for different platforms and audience preferences

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in 3D design, particularly in creating storyboards and moodboards for 3D projects.
- Can do 3D animation of game characters (required)
- Proficient in Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software
- Minimum 3 years experience in 3D game animation (high-end games)
- Proficient in **Mandarin**

- 审查所有编辑过的磁带以识别任何问题并根据需要建议更改
- 组织和管理所有音频和视频资产，以确保工作流程顺利进行
- 与创意团队和客户合作，了解视频项目要求
- 及时了解行业趋势和编辑技术
- 针对不同平台和观众喜好优化视频内容

**要求：**
- 在 3D 设计方面拥有丰富的经验，特别是在为 3D 项目创建故事板和情绪板方面。
- 可以做游戏角色的3D动画（必填）
- 精通 Adobe After Effect、Adobe Premiere Pro、3D Studio Max、Cinema 4D、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Photoshop 或同等软件
- 至少3年3D游戏动画经验（高端游戏）
- 精通普通话
