Key Responsibilities:

- Clinic Oversight: Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.

This includes overseeing patient flow and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained.

Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Patient Care: Support our doctors directly, from chaperoning to facilitating clinical

procedure set up. Ensuring the highest quality of patient care, address patient complaints,

and improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise clinic staff. Establish & maintain clinic standards

and enforcing them to make sure that the team implement best practices when

interacting with patients. Rostering of staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance and ordering of medication or

supplies, ensuring there's no shortage or wastage.
- Financial Management: Ensure billing procedures are accurate and timely.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the clinic adheres to local, state, and federal

healthcare regulations and maintains necessary licenses and certifications. Ensure staff is

trained on compliance matters.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize liability.

Ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, both medical and operational,

and ensure staff are trained in emergency protocols.

Working Hours:
45 hours a week.

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in English, bonus if conversational Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role.
- Experience working in healthcare or clinics would be added bonus
- Educational qualifications in health or medical fields would be a bonu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
