- Prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration
- Prepare design calculations and technical drawings
- Assist in calling quotation and tender coordination
- Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning
- Check and verify claims from sub-contractors
- Check and verify progress of project claims to clients
- Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team
- Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia
