Quantity Surveyor

Key Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspect of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out site progresses, measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim.
- Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget.
- Oversee project cost control including presentation of request for variation order and variation orders for management approval.
- Checking/Monitoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance to contractual items and conditions.
- Oversee value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost / budget including review consultant’s designs and material use.
- Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify subcontractor's monthly claim.

Key Requirements:

- Possess own transport.
- Fresh Graduate needed.
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well-versed on up-to-date material costing.
- Possess strong contractual knowledge, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.

- Salary RM2,500.00
- Allowance RM500.00

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
