**About Us**:
The Swim Corner is a swim consulting service founded by a group of Ex-National Swimmers dedicated to supporting coaches, swim schools, and all individuals involved in the sport. Our primary mission is to provide administrative and technical support to coaches, enabling them to focus on their coaching and achieve their goals. We also offer consultations to swimmers and parents involved in learning to swim, elite-level stroke corrections, and open water swimming (Open water events or Triathlon).

**Who Are We Looking For**:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with prior experience in HR, such as admin assistants or personal assistants. Preferably, someone with experience in customer service or HR.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist coaches in tracking swim lessons and maintaining a database of customer records in Excel.
- Effectively address client questions regarding swim lessons, schedules, and billing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage and coordinate coaches' schedules, including scheduling appointments, sending lesson reminders, and tracking lesson records for accurate and timely billing.
- Perform various ad-hoc duties, including preparing documents for lesson guidelines, assisting in announcing and tracking competition events, and setting up communication channels (WhatsApp/WeChat).

**Requirements**:

- Attention to Detail**:Meticulous** and thorough in data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and WhatsApp/WeChat: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word is a plus. Capable of creating WhatsApp groups, managing communication, and using these platforms for coordinating lessons.
- Basic Arithmetic Skills: Competent in **basic mathematical calculations**, especially in the context of tracking payments and scheduling.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Proficient in both **English and Mandarin** to effectively communicate with coaches and clients.

**Pay**:

- Weekday rate**:7 MYR/hr**:

- Weekend rate**:10.5 MYR/hr**

**Shifts**:

- Sun-Wed 10am - 7pm (To be confirmed)
- Thu-Sat 10am - 7pm (To be confirmed)
