**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Full Set of Accounts Management (AR, AP, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities)
- Process and manage employee payroll, including calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits in compliance with relevant labour laws and company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) to facilitate management decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and data analysis.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and relevant regulations to ensure adherence and implement necessary adjustments.
- Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and payroll functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, handling the full set of accounts and payroll responsibilities.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and experience in working with tax agents and auditors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are desirable but not mandatory.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
