**Accounts Executive**

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor

**Your New Company**

Is a leading provider of mega construction and engineering services and they are looking for an Accounts executive to join them.

**Responsibilities**
- To handle billing,cash flow, invoicing, bank reconciliation and data entry in the accounting system
- To handle full set of accounts; AR, AP, G/L, Payroll and responsible for monthly closing and reporting
- Responsible for the accurate preparation of payroll inputs for new hires, termination and changes etc.
- Providing end-to-end payroll processing and ensures payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of monthly payroll, timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant statutory authorities e.g KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and any other withholdings
- Facilitate all related submission for SST/GST
- Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective document control of all related finance and payroll records
- Liaising with external auditors in preparation of audited accounts, tax agent, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.
- Work independently, liaise and communicate effectively on any query and/or relevant issues
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Qualifications**
- A minimum degree or advanced diploma in Accounting/Finance/ or any professional certificate in ACCA, CIMA etc.
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
- Must have a minimum of 1year full set accounts working experience
- Required knowledge of Microsoft office, SQL Accounting & Payroll
- Good communication skills in English and Malaysia both in written and spoken
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team, self-motivated with good working attitude
