**Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)**:
To plan and carry out projects, analysing the pattern of sales and resolving issues at first level. In addition, assisting the HOD and Sales Manager by providing them the insight of the sales strategy.

**Job Description (List of task carried out)**:

- Take charge in planning and updating the of SOP for Sales Department as in when needed.
- To oversee matters pertaining Halal conformance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Customer Complaints & ISO standards for Sales Department.
- Accompanying HOD/Sales Manager for meetings, discussion, and forums related to contracts, trading terms, promotions, and events.
- The main liaison person between Sales Department and other departments to carry out certain projects / launches / promotions / etc.
- To manage customers’ feedback (Quality) from Branch level to Quality Control and capable to follow up and close the case. Able to handle escalation at a higher level too.

Able to handle escalation at a higher level too.To monitor nationwide Branch Stock Allocation and Out of Stock count and take charge of festive allocations for branches nationwide.
- Retrieving, compiling & vetting pre-approval (memo/Credit Application/Credit Review/Sponsorship Request) from HOD Sales and Head of Operations.
- To liaise with branches/HQ new sales vehicles arrangements with Fleet Department.
- To maintain a proper filing system access for the Sales Department (Credit Document, Memos) for all 29 branches nationwide.
- To obtain the relevant approval for goods order sheet obtained from CCD and monitor daily vehicle movement & head count and do necessary reporting to the relevant managers.
