**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document.
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
- To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
- Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order.
- Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
- Perform daily office general clerical duties.
- Perform ad-hock tasks if needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good working attitude and pleasant personality.
- Ability to perform multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (中文 will be added advantages).
- MUST willing to work for 6 days.
- Working Hour**:Mon-Sat 8.30AM to 5.30PM
