Logistics Planner and Admin Associate Executive

Responsible for the daily logistics planning, orders processing and assist in general administrative works.
- To manage e-commerce logistics planning, orders processing and support on office administrative works.
- To deal with third party logistics partners.
- To deal with store personal shoppers on orders matters.
- To handle all logistics planning for the online orders.
- To follow up with store personal shoppers on order processing matters.
- To plan on the monthly delivery fees and usage.
- To check monthly delivery Statement to match consumption.
- To prepare report for management meeting purposes.
- To conduct special task assign from management from time to time.
- To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Dependable and Detail-oriented.
- Understanding of e-commerce and retail business.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Independent and ability to work as team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and volatile environment and team player.
