**Responsibilities**

1. To provide administrative assistance.

2. To maintain confidentially of all office records, files, facts and all other documentation kept at office.

3. To maintain good filing system in the office.

5. To maintain the updated daily appointments and remind the superior of all meetings and appointments.

6. To maintain a good listing of superior’s clients, guests, acquaintances with telephone numbers alphabetically.

7. To maintain adequate knowledge of the computer, the latest software, and office equipment.

8 To perform any other work as and when required.

**Requirement**

Required skill (s) : Ms Word & Excel.

Ability to work independently.

Required Languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.

With own transport.

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
