**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

This role is to ensure payments gateway via Virtual Credit Accounts (VCA) and Account payable is running smoothly.

Ensure costs and expenses are accurately recorded and reconciled and administrating VCA user profile and maintenance of VCA payment types and its limit.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Monitor and ensure the payment is paid on schedule.
- Verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Liaise and provide documents to Bank and Auditor.
- Maintain healthy AP Ageing.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate posting and allocation of cost and expenses.
- Weekly/Monthly timely reconciliation to VCA statement.
- Able to resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation and follow up and resolve with Operations team.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information related to Virtual Credit Accounts (VCA) matters.
- Assist manager in preparation of monthly expenses analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.
- Functional as Program Administrator for virtual credit accounts (VCA) and work closely with operation and IT and VCA Service Providers

**WORK REQUIREMENTS**
- Two or more years’ Experience in an Accounts Executive (AP) and payment job function.
- Advanced/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer software programs.
- Able to attend to details, be organized, be meticulous with data entry skills.
- Experience in handling corporate credit cards or Virtual credit accounts is an advantage.
- Experienced in efficiently and timely reconciling discrepancies for payments and Accounts Payable.
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good administrative and coordination skills.
- Disciplined with time management abilities, accountable to deadlines.
- Must be a team player, with strong integrity.
