**Job description**
- Handle daily cash flow & transaction and bank reconciliation.
- To handle online banking, check daily bank balance, and other banking matters.
- Analyze, organize, and manage customer invoices.
- Audit invoices based on purchase orders.
- Providing support for clients - any comments/complaints need to forward to the technical department.
- Interoffice support including receiving and processing mail.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
- Monitor debtors’ accounts on a weekly basis.
- Identify outstanding account receivables.
- Review and balance internal accounts, analyze variances, prepare reports, and monitor depreciable assets using financial software.
- Prepare financial reports, expense reports, revenue reports, trial balance reports, reconciliation of accounts, etc for management.
- Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or accounting.
- Familiarity with financial software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reporting skills.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
