- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by addressing operational issues and resolving problems as they arise.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Streamline operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage resources such as office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure availability and functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to fulfill operational requirements and maintain efficient operations.
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational data and records for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Generate reports and metrics to track operational performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing operational activities.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organization's interests and assets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational activities with organizational goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Provide training and guidance to guard on operational procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Support the professional development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests related to operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify operational problems and issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Make timely and informed decisions to address operational challenges and ensure continuity of operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions for improvement into operational processes and procedures.
- Adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and circumstances while maintaining a focus on achieving operational objectives.
- Flexibly handle multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
