1. Arrangement the stocks items.
2. Monthly stocks count, communication with branch manager's for the stocks ordering.
3. Issue Stock Transfer, Quotation and Cash Sales / Invoice.
4. Stock control ordering (With Service Department arrangement).
5. Follow up and proceed the Accident Claims.
6. Guide the assistant for the whole department process.
7. Communication with parts supplier and insurance agent.
8. Warranty Claim process and the Warranty Parts Claim (Manufacturing).

**SKILLS**:
