**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Execute the company policies and procedures in the dormitory activities.
- Ensure all dormitory activities are meeting the standard requirements; if found any unusual activities shall immediately report to superior.
- Prepare and plan inspection schedule for superior review.
- Ensure the warden conducts all scheduled inspection and prepare the report accordingly.
- Standardize all the dormitory sticker/ notice across the sites and ensure it complies with the RBA/ Dyson requirements.
- Coordinate if any special tasks from the customer/ authorities, such as site surveys, special projects/requests, and audit implementation.
- Assist in vendor/customer queries/problems, and escalate to related PICs when required
- All other duties as assigned by the manager and project management.

**Position Specifications**
- Diploma in any business-related field or at least 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and attention to details oriented
- Good knowledge of using social media for sourcing applicant
- Good computer literacy.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
