Jit Supervisor

**Main Duty**

Site coordinators are responsible for overseeing the preparation, execution and post execution projects. They ensure that all contractors and subcontractors are working together effectively to meet project deadlines.

Site coordinators may also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at their site. This might include ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, monitoring safety protocols, and making sure that workers have everything they need to do their jobs well.
- Accountable that all BFJA executed meeting all requirements unless obtain written approval from QAQC Manager for any deviations.
- Accountable for all critical BFJA witnessed by the JIT Verifier at the required Hold Points.
- Obtain correct materials and issue to Joint Maker / Controlled Bolting Technician.
- Ensure Joint Maker / Controlled Bolting Technician executes the activities according to BFJI requirements i.e. PPE, PTW, competency card, etc.
- Witness execution of critical joints at Hold Points, sign and keep record of the JICS.
- Ensure Joint Maker / Controlled Bolting Technician understands the importance of BFJI and the purpose of tagging system i.e. via trainings.
- Verify and inform JIT Verifier for any defects found at the joints and raise EWR.
- Ensure records and traceability of joints via JICS, repair report and tagging system.

**Authority**
- Liaising with external parties i.e. Client, Vendor, Supplier, Subcontractors etc.
- Hold the plant, machinery, equipment and vehicles from being used on HSEQ aspects
- Reject any goods, services, tools and materials which are received not to the specification
- Sign Delivery Order in accordance to the company Purchase Order
- Verify subordinate and Vendors site claims and timesheets

**Accountability**
- Follow all company rules and regulations and understanding of all company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure that all validation records are kept and in compliance with statutory requirements
- The tabulation and calculation of overtime, allowance and payroll of operations and contract personnel are accurate
- Personnel mobilization/ de-mobilization information i.e. lodging, accommodation and manpower logistic planning i.e. site transportation, air tickets etc. are dissipated and arranged in advance
- Fluent in English & Malay / Good written in English & Malay
- Computer literate

**Experience : Minimum 5 years in Petronas Refinery and Chemical Plant.**

The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the Company.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
