QA/qc Supervisor

**General**
- To ensure the developed quality documentation, and procedures are implemented during the Turnaround.
- Directly involved as a verifier for Bolted Flange Joints during the execution

**PREPARATION PHASE**
- Assist the QA/QC Coordinator with the development of the quality plan in line with the Client quality system.
- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices.
- Set up the document control and filing systems required for the turnaround.
- Ensure that equipment used for Inspection and Test carries the current up-to-date calibration certificates.
- Identify the quality assurance form needed, reconcile it, and compile it for safe records.
- Flange Management Joints Site verification with Joint Integrity Team (JIT).

**EXECUTION PHASE**
- Review the Quality requirements of the Clients and ensure they are implemented at the site and in compliance with the Quality System.
- Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
- Review all quality reports for compliance.
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Turnaround Quality Plan. Non-conformance observation may be raised for non-compliance with this Quality Plan.
- Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC Coordinator and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Assist the QA/QC Coordinator in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
- Liaise with the Client Inspection team regarding specification and repair procedure approval for all related works, including inspection, materials, test requirements, and technical issues.
- Liaise with the Area Coordinators / Supervisors regarding problems relating to the Quality systems and resolve actions.
- The completion of QC site instructions and coordination of subcontractor closure.
- To monitor job completion to ensure all relevant inspections and test requirements have been completed.
- Act as a verifier and document approver for Flange Management Bolting Jointing.
- Attend the daily/weekly QC meetings.
- Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.

**POST TURNAROUND PHASE**
- Prepare a report for the QA/QC Coordinator, highlighting lessons learned.
- Compile a Quality dossier on completion of the turnaround.

**Education Attainment**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in engineering or related field
- Work Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role in the Petrochemical / Oil and Gas Industry.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
