- 估價：對現場完成的工作進行定期估價，以確定向承包商的付款。驗證已完成工作的準確性並根據專案進度驗證承包商的付款申請。
- 變更訂單：管理變更訂單，其中涉及施工過程中工作範圍或規格的變更。評估變化對專案成本和時間表的影響，並與相關方協商調整。
- 期末帳目準備：專案完成後，準備期末帳目，其中包括編制所有專案成本、變更和調整。協調任何差異並確保向承包商支付的最終付款準確且公平。
- 風險管理：評估並減輕與建設專案相關的財務風險。識別潛在風險，例如成本超支、延誤或合約糾紛，並制定策略以盡量減少其對專案的影響。
