**Job Scopes**:

- Responsible to attend site meeting as requested by the clients/consultant/main-con
- Prepare and review tender document, quotation, bill of quantities and contract and ensuring the tender are submitted on timely manner
- Liaising with site personnel for site evaluation, site measurement and to get certified copy from client before the submission of progress claims.
- To follow-up with consultant & client for payment certificate and prepare variation orders, progress claim, final accounts, settlement & subcontractor payment
- Responsible for administration of contract & sub-contracts documentation
- Obtaining quotations, liaising & negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers
- Any other task assigned by the management or superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
- At least 2 years related experience in construction/hardscape and softscape is required
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet deadlines
- Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Word & Ms Powerpoint and Autocad

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
