**Role Description**

This is a remote role for a Freelance Staff and Creator Recruiter.

As a Freelance Staff and Creator Recruiter at L'Etelier - Tiktok Creator Agency, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a diverse pool of freelance TikTok creators.

This will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent, as well as supporting existing staff and creators in their assignments, and act as a source of contact between the creators and TikTok.

You will collaborate closely with the agency's leadership team to understand talent requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. As we're a small team, you will be an integral part of the team and work together to build up the agency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in entertainment recruitment, preferably in recruiting TikTok, Youtube and social media creators.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
- Familiar with TikTok's platform policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with talent
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing remote teams or freelancers is a must

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From RM7.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
