- Strong understanding of IT support roles, technical skills, and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
