3. Good customer-service mindset
4. Possess skills and telephone etiquette
5. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
6. Computer literate
7. High level of integrity, confidentiality and work ethics
8. Willing to work on shift hours
9. Able to multitask and manage priorities in a busy clinic setting
10. Able to perform other related duties as assigned by superior
11. Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
