The Role
- Oversee the daily operations, ensure associates productivity and monitor efficiency of all processes.
- Provide excellent and efficient level of service to all internal and external guests in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and brand standards.
- Ensure all associets including yourself project a proffesional, business-like appearance at all time by adhering to the hotel's uniform and appearance guidelines.
- Work with the Front Office Manager to assess and improve processes and policies.
- To check daily arrival and departures of all guests and special attention to long staying guests, VIPs, special occasions and other special requirements are arranged.
- Meet and greet VIPs and long-staying guests.
- Ensure that all associates address all guests by name, know each of thier preferences.
- Ensure all associates are kept well-informed of all happenins and have good product knowledge of both properties.
- Achieve the department's targets on upselling and enrollment.
- Report defects immediately to the relavant departments and follow through accordingly.
- It is compulsary to update all the required fields concerning guests particulars in the registration card and OPMS accurately.
- Perform cashier-related duties such as collecting payment, posting of charges and ensuring accuracy in all cashering transactions before end of the shift.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the safekeeping and handling of the Front Office cash float.
- To be acknowledge and adhere to guests confidentiality and storing of guests personal data.
- Develop the desired salesmanship skills to maximize on the room revenue when an opportunity arises to maximize the hotel's room revenue and provide our guests with options.
- To continuosly strive to meet Front Office objective such as Trip Advisor and Trust You.
- To Recognise DISCOVERY members and fullfil benefits, and rewards, and showcase member benefits at each stage of thier stay jouney.To drive enrollment targets.
- Prepare and distributes amenities for all guests.
- Plan, organize, coordinate quarterly activities for guests and recommend ideas to enhance guests stay experiences

Talent Profile

2-3 years equivalent working experiences.

SPM/Diploma in hospitality management.

Familiar with hotel operation and front office processes.

Strong leadership skills and show proffesionalism

Energitic and able to be flexible regarding work responsible.

People Person and always project a positive mind set.
