**Job Description**:
**Strategic Sourcing**
- Develop commodity strategies for local site to support Operations and Procurement Management on Indirect Material Procurement
- Work with various business stakeholders’ groups to identify and qualify new or existing capable suppliers, initiate requests for proposals/ quotations (RFPs/RFQs), advise stakeholders with respect supplier evaluation, selection, contract terms and conditions
- Conduct Analysis on total costs, assist business functions with ROI analysis, price and rate benchmarking and negotiate favourable business terms to leverage company purchasing power
- Support Production and Operation Teams to achieve KPIs and Company Goals

**Category Management**
- Develop, refine and implement category strategies and tactics that enable the procurement of Indirect Material products and services at the highest value benefit to the company
- Manage various business functions on compliance to procurement processes, supplier strategy, and procurement policies
- Management Reporting

**Supplier Management**
- Manage supplier relationships with focus on supply risk management, contract risk management and cost management
- Lead in supplier performance reviews to review performance and support improvement programs
- Supply Chain Risk Management, Single Source Elimination/Mitigation, Business Continuity Improvement
- Supplier assessments and warrant supplier capability of meeting company quality and technology expectations
- Cost Improvement Initiative with internal stakeholders and suppliers

**Compliance**
- User Management on Company Policies and Procedures Compliance
- Responsible for SOX, RBA and IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO22301, ISO14001) Trade and Ethics policy compliances
- Supplier compliance on Environment, Health & Safety
- Adhere and enforce Ethic Compliances, Company procedures and standard compliance

**Contract Management**
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to standardize lifecycle contract and sourcing processes and systems
- Ensure pricing & deliverables as negotiated are included in the contract; coordinate comparison of proposals and final contract terms
- Lead negotiations on Procurement agreements, including, but not limited to, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders balancing business deliverables, legal interests and pricing
- Contract execution & retention

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of working experience in category management and/or strategic sourcing of Indirect Material or related commodities
- Degree in business or engineering preferred
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and formulating marketing contracts, understanding cost models and various price structures, management of contractual, project management, basic commercial & IP laws, good analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and result oriented
- Working experience in ERP (SAP/ Oracle etc)
- Negotiation / Vendor Management / Interpersonal Skills
- Communicate well in English both in verbal and written form
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills required
- Excellent team facilitation and presentation skills required
- Ability to present to all level of management / stakeholders and articulate strategies and performance metrics
