Finance Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the overall accounting functions that includes preparation of management accounts, financial statements, cash flow forecast, budget and SST submission.
- Lead a team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance functions.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis of company, division, branch and product performance for management review and decision making.
- Lead in annual budgeting planning and preparation as well as monitoring actual performance vs budgets from time to time.
- Review weaknesses in internal controls and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls are in place.
- Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax consultant, legal advisor and various authorities in ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Attend any ad-hoc tasks / analysis requested by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
1. Possess a MICPA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or Degree in Accountancy qualification.
2. At least 5 years working experience in accounting field with preferably 2 to 3 years in a managerial capacity.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent leadership qualities, dynamic and resourceful.
5. Ability to drive and motivate the team.
6. Positive, influential, committed and result oriented.
