Finance Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements promptly
- Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Track budget variances and provide analysis as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in similar role
- Meticulous attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good team player with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
