Event Supervisor

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the design and creation of attractive visual displays / food catering for events.
- Oversee the embellishment of display items with a professional aesthetic.
- Lead a team in producing, installing, and dismantling visual displays & catering for all projects and events.
- Identify and source props and materials for the displays within the approved budget for the project.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor's directions to ensure the event decor concept plans align with market needs and changes.
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for events.
- Work closely with the Production Department to ensure the smooth execution of event decor / event catering.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by The Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferable with working experience in event management or event decoration/food catering industry.
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and event decoration practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Effective team player, working with discipline, independence, and a sense of responsibility in executing event-related duties.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours and be present at each event they supervise.
- **Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required for event supervision.**

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
