**Role**: As a Content Moderator - Gaming, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging online gaming environment for our Vietnamese-speaking community. You will review user-generated content, such as text chat, voice chat, and user-created content, to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review**:

- Monitor and review user-generated content in Vietnamese, including text chat, voice chat, and user-created content.
- Identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, spam, and cheating.
- Ensure compliance with our community guidelines, terms of service, and relevant laws and regulations.
- **Community Management**:

- Respond to player inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate community discussions and forums to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or issues among players.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report incidents of inappropriate content or behavior.
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify potential risks and improve moderation strategies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our community guidelines and moderation tools.
- **Escalation**:

- Escalate serious violations of our community guidelines or terms of service to the appropriate team or authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer support and game development, to address issues and improve the overall gaming experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of online gaming culture and communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with content moderation or customer service in the gaming industry is preferred, but not mandatory

Bạn sẽ xem xét nội dung do người dùng tạo ra, chẳng hạn như trò chuyện văn bản, trò chuyện bằng giọng nói và nội dung do người dùng tạo ra, để đảm bảo tuân thủ các nguyên tắc cộng đồng và điều khoản dịch vụ của chúng tôi.

**Trách nhiệm**:

- **Xem xét nội dung**:

- Giám sát và xem xét nội dung do người dùng tạo ra bằng tiếng Việt, bao gồm trò chuyện văn bản, trò chuyện bằng giọng nói và nội dung do người dùng tạo ra.
- Xác định và xóa bỏ nội dung gây hại hoặc không phù hợp, chẳng hạn như lời nói căm thù, quấy rối, spam và gian lận.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các nguyên tắc cộng đồng, điều khoản dịch vụ và các luật pháp, quy định có liên quan.
- **Quản lý cộng đồng**:

- Phản hồi các câu hỏi và mối quan tâm của người chơi một cách kịp thời và chuyên nghiệp.
- Điều hành các cuộc thảo luận và diễn đàn cộng đồng để duy trì một môi trường tích cực và tôn trọng.
- Xác định và giải quyết các xung đột hoặc vấn đề tiềm ẩn giữa người chơi.
- **Báo cáo và phân tích**:

- Theo dõi và báo cáo các sự cố về nội dung hoặc hành vi không phù hợp.
- Phân tích xu hướng và mô hình để xác định các rủi ro tiềm năng và cải thiện chiến lược điều hành.
- Đóng góp vào việc phát triển và cải thiện các nguyên tắc cộng đồng và công cụ điều hành của chúng tôi.
- **Thang cấp**:

- Thang cấp các vi phạm nghiêm trọng đối với các nguyên tắc cộng đồng hoặc điều khoản dịch vụ của chúng tôi cho nhóm hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền thích hợp.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác, chẳng hạn như hỗ trợ khách hàng và phát triển trò chơi, để giải quyết các vấn đề và cải thiện trải nghiệm trò chơi tổng thể.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Thành thạo tiếng Việt (viết và nói)
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh (viết và nói)
- Hiểu rõ về văn hóa và cộng đồng trò chơi trực tuyến
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và kỹ năng giữa người với người tuyệt vời
- Khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường nhanh chóng và năng động
- Chú ý đến từng chi tiết và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề mạnh mẽ
- Kinh nghiệm điều hành nội dung hoặc dịch vụ khách hàng trong ngành trò chơi là ưu tiên
