**Role**: As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging online community for our users. You will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review**:

- Monitor and review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, in both English and French.
- Identify and remove content that violates our community guidelines, such as hate speech, harassment, spam, and inappropriate or offensive material.
- Ensure that content is relevant to our platform and aligns with our brand values.
- **Community Management**:

- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate discussions and interactions to maintain a positive and respectful community environment.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or issues among users.
- **Policy Enforcement**:

- Enforce our community guidelines and terms of service consistently and fairly.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations regarding online content.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve our moderation policies and procedures.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Track and analyze moderation trends and patterns.
- Identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on moderation activities and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions quickly
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory

**Rôle**:
En tant que modérateur de contenu, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le maintien d'une communauté en ligne sûre, positive et attrayante pour nos utilisateurs. Vous examinerez et modérerez le contenu généré par les utilisateurs, en vous assurant qu'il respecte nos directives communautaires et nos conditions d'utilisation.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Examen du contenu**:

- Surveiller et examiner le contenu généré par les utilisateurs, y compris les textes, les images et les vidéos, en anglais et en français.
- Identifier et supprimer le contenu qui viole nos directives communautaires, tels que les discours haineux, le harcèlement, le spam et le matériel inapproprié ou offensant.
- S'assurer que le contenu est pertinent pour notre plateforme et s'aligne sur nos valeurs de marque.
- **Gestion de la communauté**:

- Répondre aux questions et aux préoccupations des utilisateurs de manière opportune et professionnelle.
- Modérer les discussions et les interactions pour maintenir un environnement communautaire positif et respectueux.
- Identifier et résoudre les conflits ou les problèmes potentiels entre les utilisateurs.
- **Application des politiques**:

- Appliquer nos directives communautaires et nos conditions d'utilisation de manière cohérente et équitable.
- Se tenir au courant des lois et règlements pertinents concernant le contenu en ligne.
- Fournir des commentaires et des recommandations pour améliorer nos politiques et procédures de modération.
- **Analyse des données**:

- Suivre et analyser les tendances et les modèles de modération.
- Identifier les risques potentiels et les domaines d'amélioration.
- Préparer des rapports sur les activités de modération et les métriques de performance.

**Exigences**:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)
- Bonne compréhension des plateformes de médias sociaux et des communautés en ligne
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision
- Capacité à prendre des décisions judicieuses et rapides
- Une expérience en modération de contenu ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable, mais pas obligatoire

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
