Job Descriptions:
- Attending to customers to discuss their needs and requirements.
- Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedule.
- Checking and keeping in contact with client on the proposal's progress.
- Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
- Managing reservation process, e.g. payment collection from client and preparation of itinerary and overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the group onsite operation.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Keep learning about latest industry trends.
- Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in spoken & written Malay & English.
- Pleasant personality, dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude.
- Passionate about travel and tourism.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Can start work immediately.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
