IT Sales Development Representative

We are currently looking for someone with B2B Sales Development or Business Development experience for our global client, to work on their SEA (South East Asia) English speaking market.
**Your role will be**:
- Performing sales development activities such as following up on inbound leads, doing outbound activities (cold calling), lead generation, appointment setting etc.
- Hours will fall between 9-5 Singapore time, Monday to Friday only
- Keeping contact databases up to date (within a CRM)
- Participate in client briefing and development training sessions.

**Must-haves**:
- Proven 2 years experience in B2B telemarketing, IT pre-sales or B2B Inbound and Outbound calling
- Fluency in professional business English
- Confidence in utilizing computers and new software
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to business people
- Related higher education is a benefit
