Virtual Sales Development Representative

**Short Role Description**
Inside sales / Lead Development Representative is responsible to respond customer inquiries and qualify all leads with the intent to book sales. In addition, Lead Development Representative will lead engaging and relevant conversations with the customer, partner and other resources to close all opportunities in all segments by matching products and solutions to solve the customers’ business objectives.
**Responsibility**
- Complete new hire onboarding with success in keeping a level of progress equal to or beyond peers
- Participate in organized new training to further expanding your knowledge and skill set around products and solutions in response to a changing environment and new developments
- Proactively focus on keeping up to date on changes in the marketplace impacting customers using social learning
- Regular one-on-one sessions with Sales & Program Managers to review improvements, trends, and performance
**Lead Qualification (Qualify)**
- Respond to customer inquiries with qualifying questions for possible opportunities
- Efficiently and correctly understand if the customer is valid /ready to purchase.
- Generate new opportunities through participating in chats, calls, web forms, social media and callbacks
**Opportunity Management (Develop & Close)**
- Have relevant conversations with the customer and partner stakeholder(s) to ensure that the customer needs are solution into the client’s products, services, and licenses
- Engage with the customer, partner and other resources to accelerate opportunities and bookings.
- Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline by making regular updates to the opportunity related to the customer needs and the solution by closing opportunities USD10k and below.
- Review and listen to feedback on weekly performance; and deliver observational feedback on the customer experience
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- **Passionate about sales and building positive relationships with customers**:
- Related technical sales experience, preferably in a contact center or fast-moving sales environment.
- IT experience is a plus
- Sales Effectiveness -The ability to qualify, develop close multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Business Acumen -The ability to understand add value to the customers business model.
- Product Technology Knowledgeability to position client’s products and solutions.
- Relationship Development -Develop relationships with customers and partners in order to drive the sales process (i.e. -qualification through opportunity closure) and generate incremental revenue
- Pipeline Management -Own your pipeline and forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Operational Rigor -Ability to maintain your CRM updated
- Relationship Building -Develop relationships in the organization, inside our team and outside, to build a network that you can benefit from in the short term and in the longer term (branding, reputation, visibility, career progression)
- Team spirit -Understand the connection between your individual responsibility and the greater team objectives, and contribute to the max on both
- BS/BA Equivalent
- **Great communication skills**:
- Fast learner and self-starter
- You love selling in a changing environment, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding targets though strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders
- You are success-driven, fast-paced, work well in a diverse team, and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
