**Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Hospitality Industry**
**Introduction**:
At SensorFlow, we understand that a high-performing sales team is integral to our growth. That’s why we're seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our market expansion and client acquisition within the hospitality industry. Your role as an SDR at SensorFlow is pivotal in contributing to our long-term success and growth. This junior position is ideal for individuals eager to excel in a fast-paced environment and hungry for success. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients within the hospitality industry, effectively prospecting, booking meetings, and ensuring high attendance. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving growth.

This remote position reports directly to the Head of Client Acquisition & Marketing. Initially offered as a contractual role, there is potential for transition to full-time employment based on demonstrated performance.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Represent SensorFlow’s solutions, utilising comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions cater to the specific needs of hotel establishments.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying potential new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, effectively engaging sales executives for further steps.
- Identify and implement best practices for refining our lead-generation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the unique needs of prospects and propose suitable SensorFlow products or services to meet those requirements.
- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects to qualify leads as viable sales opportunities.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities within the hospitality market.
- Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales directors to facilitate the sales process.
- Provide regular reports to the department head, detailing weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding lead generation and sales targets. Experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- High level of ambition with a clear desire to advance and assume greater responsibilities within a sales-focused organisation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to tasks.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a successful history of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as PipeDrive or similar platforms.
